Tradition along with quality
Our vineyard has been cultivated in the traditional way for many years. Recently, yet, today’s market constraints, as concerns the lack of skilled workers and the necessity to lighten our production cost, leads us to modernize our farming methods.
In 1999, we enlarged and modernize our cellars which now consit of the already existing concrete tank fermenting house but also of a new stainless still tank one.
We follow the aging process of our intending estate-bottled red wines selection thanks to our own barrel wine storehouse.
We endeavour to cultivate and produce our wines in order to offer our customers the best quality-price ratio while guarding the idea of a terroir tradition.
To cope with all the different tasks we employed both permanent and temporary staff., meaning 4 to 5 persons depending on the year :
- Marie-Ange is in charge of invoicing and preparing orders.
- 2 women and 2 men are devoted to the works in the vineyards.
We produce some red , rosé and white wine, along with crémant.
